Everything about the Hotel was first class we got a very good rate through Expedia. This was a work trip we had Diiner and breakfast both were First Class so excellent Chef. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, we will definetly stay there again highly recommended Phil Doncaster.

So very welcoming and friendly , excellent customer service . Superb choice of breakfast and cooked to perfection. We ate in the restaurant one evening which was also of a very high standard. Our sea view room on the first floor was very clean and it was great to have a small fridge included.The only very small negative which did not spoil our stay , if you are on the first floor you may hear other customers walking about in their room from the floor above .

Bathroom and windows require cleaning attention and maintenance. Hallway could benefit some painting and bed not very comfortable - lumpy

Lovely boutique hotel with friendly staff, breakfast was lovely lots of choice of hot and cold food all bought to the table, did not have an evening meal but was told they would recommend somewhere we did eat in a lovely steakhouse a few doors down. The only criticism was shower was not very hot both in the evening or the morning, and there’s no parking but we were able to park down a side street (not sure where you would park during peak season) but was given a permit for 24 hours. Stayed for one evening and would recommend and would stay again if we visited Yarmouth again.

Lovely hotel and great room. Service was fantastic and breakfast lovely. Location great. Only thing is fan noise from next room and light from screen on phone at night hindered our sleep.

We enjoyed a two-night stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view out towards the sea. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately we didn't get around to sampling the evening menu, but the breakfasts were beautiful.

Nice hotel on the sea frount. Typical sea side area but run down the hotel nice and modern. Staff very friendly room clean and tidy . No lift and steepish stairs but ok. Food was great and the breakfast was very good with plenty available. Would stay again .
