My favorite place, I want to come here and stay in Bukittinggi.

From the beginning we arrived greeted by security who greeted us warmly. We arrived earlier than check-in time, supposed to check-in at 3 pm but we were already helped with early check-in at 1.30. The receptionists were all friendly, explained clearly and kindly. After the check-in process, we were escorted by security to the front of the room and also helped unload the belongings. Atmosphere/Facilities: The atmosphere is very suitable for us who are escaping from the haze and the facilities are also complete. Food: The food is all delicious for breakfast and varies from rice, noodles, spaghetti, various porridges, there are meatballs, there are gado-gado, there are fried foods, there are fruits, puddings, various breads. Staff Assistance: For the receptionists and security and other employees who clean, all are friendly and helpful. Highlights: A good atmosphere for a family vacation because the weather is cool, fresh, the facilities are also clean, the swimming pool is also clean, the restaurant menu is varied and all delicious. Price: According to the atmosphere, facilities, and food. Location: The location is at a height so the view is really cool and far from the noise.

The Balcone Suites & Resort Bukittinggi is strategically located near Bukittinggi city. The view is beautiful, the service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Alhamdulillah. luckily we can the view of singalang and merapi. great view. comfortable bed and room. value of money. just a bit far from town bukit tinggi but its a great choice for relaxing.

Honestly, I was shocked to stay in a 4-star hotel but the room was so unclean. As soon as I arrived, I could already see that the sheets were dirty, and it looked like they hadn't been changed in a while. Usually, 4-star hotels check the sheets before checking in. The floor was dirty and dusty, and the bathroom was also dusty. When I was about to go to bed, I saw a spider web above the bed. I was disappointed with the lack of attention to cleanliness in the room.

Stayed from the 13th to the 16th. From July 15th to the 16th, the room wasn't cleaned. The receptionist's excuse was that if you wanted it cleaned, you had to request it first, haha. I was disappointed with the answer.
