We found cockroaches in the room. The staff offered us to change the room. We changed the room but the new room also has cockroach.

Stayed here for 3 nights, not impressed with many things. The mattress is as hard as 5-6 hundred per night. Not worth the price of a thousand very little breakfast And when booking, there is no choice, no breakfast as well, sleep 3 nights, have breakfast only one day because the same menu is not available. There was a housekeeper knocking on the room at noon asking if it was cleaned or not. We said yes, but not yet. And the housekeeper said to hang the sign in front of the door. At three o'clock in the afternoon we went out and hung a sign. We thought that coming back, the room would be clean. When returning at midnight, our room is in its original condition without any cleaning. The first day we can't forgive anything. But on the 2nd day the same thing happened again. We slept in a messy room for all 3 nights. Water was not brought for a full day. I have never stayed anywhere and felt this bad. Probably will never go back to stay again.
