Good food, location near the town square and mosque

Good service, facilities lacking, bathroom door needs repair, some towels need to be replaced.

The AC wasn't cold but we were given a solution to move rooms. The parking lot was far away and there was no lift. Carrying luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor was definitely tiring. The advantage was that the employees were friendly.

Hotelnya lumayan bagus. Walau belum ada liftnya sehingga ke lantai atas naik tangga dan nafasnya ngos ngosan. Pelayanannya bagus ramah. Makan pagi juga enak. Yang aku suka kue tradisionalnya lepet jagung.

Salah satu hotel yang menurut saya nyaman di Kota Pacitan dan semua pegawainya sangat ramah.

Sangat mengecewakan. Sudah booking via traveloka 3 room twin bed 1 room king size eh pas udah di sana malah 2 room twin bed dan 2 room king size. Sharusnya kalo sudah booking itu ya harus sesuai dengan bookingannya. Kasur masih berdebu, air closet juga kurang lancar ketika setelah slesai buang air besar, kotoran sulit terserap oleh air closet, sehingga disediakan kaleng dan membasuh untuk menyiramnya. Kelebihannya hanya hotelnya terletak di pusat kota saja.

Old hotel without competitors in downtown Pacitan, quite clean, no elevator. Overprice for minimalist facilities and breakfast. Please room 202 sanitary tools it's time to be replaced, the water discharge is very small and not comfortable for bathing. Rate is too expensive for a hotel with standard facilities like this. The bed is also hard. Not comfortable. The shower came out very small and hot for a long time and only warm. Only winning near the square, other standards. I'm tired of never coming here again. Not recommended.

Fasilitas TV dalam kamar Hotel tidak dapat menampilan gambar siaran TV, dikarenakan instalasi kabel putus pihak managemen hotel tidak dapat memperbaiki dan wastafel ada kebocoran yang belum diperbaiki sehingga toilet/bathroom kurang representatif.
