The room is comfortable, clean, no smell, it's just that maybe the atmosphere needs to be re-considered. Many wallpapers have started to break and it looks messy. But overall the place is comfortable and the owner is also very friendly.

I didn't expect the price of 200 to get facilities like a luxury apartment haha. Even though I was just looking around Bintaro because I wanted to go to a wedding in the morning. If the room is called a studio, don't expect it to be as spacious as a hotel but it's quite okay. Complete with a pan for cooking, plates, glasses, aqua gallon (but it was empty and I didn't ask for it either), electric stove (but I don't know if it's on because I didn't cook). Given 1 towel and 1 bar of hotel soap, the AC is also cold, the wifi is okay for smart TV, the room is clean and fragrant 😍 The only downside is that the water heater is broken, maybe just provide a bucket and ladle if for those who bring babies who want to boil hot water but are confused about where to put it because there is no bucket. Also the downside is the expensive building parking lot for a day, it costs 50, it's better to just take a grab here. There are playgrounds everywhere and they are still very well maintained! and the swimming pool is also the best! The vibes of a luxury apartment, I like it. Definitely coming back here next time for a short staycation because my kids are so happy playing here. Ms. Tasya and her assistant are also quite fast in responding. Thank youuu lots! Recommended than hotels around 400 around Bintaro 😛👍🏻

Strategic location in Bintaro, security is maintained, cleanliness of the apartment area and rooms is also very well maintained. I really like the complete amenities, clean towels, gallons are available, refrigerator, AC, TV, wifi all work well.

I've stayed here quite often because when I'm on holiday from work I'm too lazy to go back home :) from the beginning until yesterday the service is still the same! good! The room facilities are really good, the owner and the maid are also very helpful, the check-in process is easy, I asked to change rooms because there was no refrigerator and I was immediately moved. for this price it's really worth it, especially since the accommodation is also close to the mall. thank you sis tasya!

This is the view from the 15th floor. I happened to book for 2 nights. I have booked a room here 3 times and am very satisfied with Ms. Tasya's fast response and very kind service.
