Empty hotel, no staff at all...waited for 1 hour...the hotel is empty and unoccupied

Hotel staff is slow. Hotel room has minimal lighting. No towels provided. No wifi. The price listed on Traveloka is not the same. Once you arrive at the reception desk. There are written instructions for an additional fee of 110-120,000. For those who have come from far away. It seems forced. Wanting to go back is also far away

Duh Sorry but I don't recommend 🙏. Because the room is dark, the bathroom is dirty, the front light of the room is dead, & when we entered there were lots of cockroaches 🙏 there is a price difference between the application & charged on site although it's not much.

Located on the inner lane. The back balcony is very dirty and the door cannot be locked. The AC is cold. There is a water heater.

Maaf ya begitu dateng tempatnya sunyi, dan kurang terawat. Begitu cek kamar, kamar mandi keramik pecah dan air wc bocor. Bak mandi juga gak bersih ya. Jadi gak ada shower. Mandi pake bak jadinya masih bersihin bak mandi. Padahal kami mau istirahat. Terus pas buka pintu yang ke belakang banyak tumbuhan liat dan botol-botol minuman bintang. Kayaknya gak pernah dibuka itu pintunya sama petugas kebersihannya. Sewa 2 kamar, bak mandi kamar satunya kotor, alhasil sampe mandi di 1 kamar yang udah kami bersihkan itu. Maaf ya kk bukan jelek-jelekin, tapi saya dah bilang saat datang kalo kamar mandi nya gak dibersihkan dan keramik pecah pas di tengah yang ganggu banget kalo mandi tapi katanya gak da kamar lagi. Yasudah lah akhirnya km harus sabar mandinya. Plusnya kamar nya emang besar. Alhamdulillah.

Pertama harga asli 2x lipat lebih mahal dari harga di aplikasi. Pelayanan dari Babu resepsionis sejak pertama tiba sampai check out tidak ramah sama sekali, juga balkon sangat kotor sekali.

The location is too steep to reach, the road is narrow and steep. The waiters are stiff, there are no canteen facilities, it is difficult to find food and you have to go far. Place lots of big ants along the terrace. If the night is dark, the street lighting is not enough.

The place is cool and makes you feel at home, perfect for looking for a cool place.

Hot water is not on, lots of ants, very slow wifi.

The place was good & convenience for taking rest.

Fasillitas ok. Tempat asri. Tidak terlalu bising. Jauh dari jalan raya. Tapi lokasinya di dalem. Jalan menuju lokasi nanjak. Susah cari makan. Jarang ada warung di sekitar penginapan

The towels are also clean, recommended, at first a bit confused because I arrived here at night, I was also afraid because it was quiet. But after arriving it turned out that there were also many who stayed overnight. It's just because the lobby is behind it doesn't appear.

The place is spooky, the back door cannot be closed, while the back of the hotel room is a garden and incidentally from the many rooms no one occupies only me, so I left, didn't stay overnight even though I had paid and could not be returned (not refundable).
