Bener bener gak recommended untuk menginap

It's a bit horror staying here especially in the lobby 😁 please improve cleanliness again, everything is not clean but from a strategic point of view it's really good & the check-in process is very simple, just chat wa (the number is on the front desk) and be directed to which room. Easy isn't it? No.

Not worthy of being an inn, more precisely an empty house that is not maintained by garbage everywhere. Entering was not sure because the air was strange and the room was very bright. My friend asked for a pinda, I tried to convince him that the incident took a shower 3 times and the lights went out and the whole bathroom was very dirty. Not to mention that one of the doors was closed many times if it was very fast. Even worse, I came home at 11pm at the condo house, the lights were totally off. I waited outside until 12pm. Without thinking we went out to find another inn. Hopefully no one else feels this way. It's not a matter of money, but what else are you afraid of in the city, people really have a scary, sad experience, I cry, my legs are shaking because of people's unprofessionalism. I don't know if I was tricked or what, but to be honest, you guys are evil. Documentation is only at the beginning because at the end we are really scared and don't dare to look back but just want to get out quickly. Hopefully no one else feels this way.

I couldn't check in right on time because the air conditioner leaked. It was also unable to change the mode and the temperature.

Kamar lumayan luas, kamar mandi kotor, handuk disediakan cuma satu padahal pesan 2 tamu, TV no signal ga ada set top box, untungnya AC nya dingin, wifi tidak sampai ke lantai atas, kebersihan kamar mandi tolong ditingkatkan!

Worst experience ever. From outside it looks fine. Saya minta kamar yang ada mejanya, dibilang kamarnya semua penuh. Okelah. Dapat kamar atas, dan pas naik tangganya, kotor sekali. Seperti yang belum disapu 1 bulan. Tidak ada sampah, namun kotor oleh debu yang menumpuk. Masuk kamar, masih oke aja meski penerangan sangat redup. Lantai kamar kotor, kamar mandinya yang parah, buka pintu langsung shower. Terlalu sempit untuk bergerak. Kasur pun sepreinya seperti tidak diganti/cuci, bahkan lembab. Saya tidak jadi menginap karena tidak nyaman. And also a bit spooky. Hotel yang mencurigakan. Ya, ada harga ada kualitas lah.

Plus:-Ada water heater di kamar mandi.-Kasurnya oke.-Posisi strategis deket sama warung-warung dan kampus, jadi banyak makanan.-Ada dapur bersama.-TV nya nyala.-resepsionis ramah.-Parkiran luas.-Sunyi jauh dari keramaian.-Ada air galon. Minus:-Nomor telepon di sini tidak bisa dihubungi. Saya sarankan coba ditambah/diedit.-Lantai dekat tangga kotor.-Lantai toilet umum kotor.-Kamar tidak kedap suara jadi bisa dengar tetangga. Tapi kalo kita masuk kamar mah ga kedengeran sih. Rate dari aku 8/10. Worth.

Not a recommendation, a waste of money, better go to Oyo Gusti Ayu. Even though the price difference is more expensive, the quality is close to 3 stars. The bathroom smells, the mattress is dirty, the ceiling is broken on the bed, the hot water doesn't work, the air conditioner is not cold, the room smells like the toilet. Not recommended for use.

Very recommended. Near UNY, UGM, and USD. Cheap. I even ordered a friend to stay there too.

Cheap but clean, standard facilities, AC, water heater, toilet works well, quiet environment.

The bathroom was smelly and couldn't be closed because there was no handle/key (perforated door handle).

The bathroom in room no. 1 yellowish, the hole is a little clogged so water stagnates. The door when opened is also not lubricated so opening and closing is a surprise.

The location and room are good enough, but the receptionist often not stand by on desk,

Quite comfortable and budget according to room conditions.

The guards are friendly, the prices are very affordable, close to UGM, UNY, USD. It could be an alternative place to stay in Jogja that is cheap.

Saya sangat menikmati menginap di sini. Kamar luas dan cukup nyaman saya kebagian kamar yang ada balkonnya jadi nyaman banget.

The room is stuffy, smelly, the toilet is not clean there are cigarette butts and hair.

The room was clean. The hot water was not working unfortunately when I wanted to soak in the tub. They didn't have any receptionist so I checked in by myself. The good thing was that I could choose the room available :) but overall it was nice

The facilities and services are lacking. The room does not match the picture.

Don't regret staying here. Even though it's only for a moment, it's satisfying.
