We can get it at a price of 109 thousand / night on the weekend, Saturday. We use 2 rooms. With that price and getting the room that we get, it's relatively cheap where access to Puntuk Setumbu, Chicken Church, and Borobudur is less than 10 minutes. The rooms are clean, there is a common kitchen for cooking water and others. Cool atmosphere. Minus: the hot water doesn't work, the dipper is broken, the mattress in the middle is a bit broken.

The bathroom has stagnant water, the sink is dirty, the room trash can has not been cleaned. There is still trash from previous guests. In the bathroom there was a former guest's shampoo wrapper. Even though the rooms and homestay buildings are pretty good, it's a shame they lack maintenance.

The order is ok, but you get an ordinary room. The check-in process also took a long time because there was no one else where it was raining heavily. The bathroom is also dirty and not hygienic.
