The staff is not very friendly in handling, asking for additional deposit because I'm worried that the goods will be damaged.... It's better to book another place that is more friendly in handling customers and has cheaper prices in the same building!

Honestly, the room is really dirty. It wasn't swept clean before handing over the key to me. The liquid soap dispenser was also broken and couldn't be used. The TV remote was broken. There were no washing machines either. Also, Travelio asked me to install their application. It was really bad. As for the staff who met me directly, it was quite okay. Only the condition of the room and online customer service needed to be improved. Really bad. I won't stay in that unit again.
