the floor is dusty if you don't wear sandals

Good choice to stay in South Jakarta. Please change your towels and bed cover regularly for better comfort. Semangat ya.

I have stayed there 3 times, strategic location

To stay here is quite affordable, in the city center, only the parking needs to be improved because if it is full vacancy it is a bit difficult to get in and out, the cleanliness is okay, the ambiance is quite attractive full of paintings

Access everywhere is easy and the staff are friendly both when arriving and responding to complaints, only the room was less than satisfactory because the sheets and pillowcases were a bit dull

the bathroom is really bad, the push toilet is broken

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was quite accessible from the city center. Access was a bit tricky. There were large cockroaches in the room and small ones in the bathroom, along with numerous cigarette burns and dampness on the sofa and furniture. The room was also poorly soundproofed, with TV noise still audible at 3 a.m. from other rooms. The mattress and blankets smelled damp.

The TV won't turn on.

I've actually been a regular stay here for about three years and really like this hotel every time I visit Jakarta. I think it's the most affordable hotel considering its facilities. But I usually stay in Wing B. This time, I tried Wing A. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in had numerous bed bugs and mites in it. I was very disturbed by this for four nights. It's just that I was too lazy to ask for a room change because of the hassle of my luggage. Hopefully, with the new management, this hotel can further improve the cleanliness of the rooms and beds, especially those in Wing A. Best of luck to D'80 Genteng Ijo, which is now Denz Premiere Genteng Ijo.

friendly staff and ok check out service

Very comfortable, safe, cheap, friendly staff. I recommend staying here again if you go to Jakarta.

The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is also cozy... it's just that the first room I stayed in had a broken ceramic floor, hopefully the next one will be repaired quickly, otherwise everything is good

When complaining to officers, they still receive good service.
