Upon arrival, I checked the room that I booked, it's far from the photos that was published in app. The toilet/bathroom was disappointing. No hot water in the shower until I asked for upgrade and they allowed upgrade by adding up another Rp. 100,000.00. The food was only served upon request, which was only fried rice, dried noodles and not buffet kind of food. During check out I noticed at the board Infront of the receptionist that the price I upgraded was actually the price that I paid by traveloka. It's an old hotel. The management should consider to change their beds, and many others, if they want to make high price. For app, please make sure that you could check all the photos that is published in your wall.
