Our recent hotel stay was truly enjoyable. The central location made it incredibly convenient for exploring, with many popular sights and dining options just a short walk away. The room itself was immaculately clean, spacious, and very comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping, was remarkably friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We especially appreciated their local recommendations and willingness to assist with any queries. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The lobby area smells awful, and the odor is very strong and uncomfortable.
At night, it's very noisy, with singing and other activities going on in the room. I couldn't rest until midnight.

What a great hotel! You don't have to worry about anything. Easy access to swalayan and coffee too (City Centrum). Will definitely come back here.

Actually the hotel is very nice and comfortable.. it's just that there are some facilities in the room that don't work properly, the AC is not cold enough, the flush in the toilet is a bit broken and has to be pressed for a long time to work.. apart from those shortcomings, the rest is very good and very comfortable..

The staff is so-so, the room floor is carpeted, so it looks unclean. Unfortunately the swimming pool closes at 18:00. Improve the cleanliness of the sheets and towels. Thank you.
