Property is not good I have ordered via Traveloka, arrived at around 7 am and it was closed, no one there. Until the next afternoon it was still closed without any notification. Not responsible

The apartment staff is very friendly

the room is not clean at all, looks clean? but condom trash and even hair are thrown under the bed. want to check out, ID cards etc. are put under the carpet. If not because this place is the only one close to the destination, I would not come here again. gosh! what a nightmare! well luckily the staff responds quickly every time I complain, but still this place is a disaster :( booked for my cousin, poor him who stays there!
