Check-in was less than an hour before I checked out. The room was dirty, there were cockroaches. There were no towels. The AC suddenly turned off. The AC suddenly turned off twice, and the room smelled. There was only one TV channel that could be seen. The staff was sleeping when I complained. I will never come back again, no matter what. For those who want to check in, please think twice before checking in. The picture in the photo does not match the reality.

Cheap and very satisfying hotel

It doesn't match the photo, the place is gloomy, the bedroom sheets are dirty, the walls are damp, lots of black moss, the price is cheap but it's really really bad, in the end I didn't stay there.

You get what you pay for, the room was dirty and smelled a bit musty. The AC directly hit your body. The TV only had one channel. The mattress was not very comfortable. The sheets and pillowcases looked like they hadn't been changed in a few days. The only plus was the friendly staff.

A very extraordinary experience, wanted a refreshing vacation but instead became more stressed and couldn't sleep. In the middle of the night, it was itchy from being bitten by tall, blood-sucking fleas and there were super-speed cockroaches racing on the bed, automatically jumping around. The thin walls on the right and left made a sound of penetration, the room smelled so bad that it made me nauseous, the mattress, blanket, sheets, and pillows were full of suspicious stains, it was really not worth the price of 110k. I once stayed in Probolinggo, the price of 75k was very decent and nice, clean, comfortable. This time I gave a 1-star review if I needed a -10 star. Everything was dirty and dusty, the toilet was broken and the spray was lying around, the room was broken, I don't understand whether the developer was super stingy or the person who occupied the room was superhuman.

Dirty blankets, dirty sheets, many broken walls, dirty pillowcases. After leaving, the bathroom water from the next room came in, making me have to mop at night. The staff was not a solution at all, asked to move rooms, they said they were full so they couldn't move. The most epic, the room had rats :( because when I left, the trash was scattered everywhere. Thank you for the worst experience ever. If you have a bigger budget, don't choose this hotel :(

The location is indeed strategic, but the facilities in the room are poor. The floor is cracked, making it difficult to pray, the sheets and blankets are shabby, the AC and TV cannot be adjusted, and the water in the shower cannot flow directly into the drain.
