Clean, comfortable, 24 hour staff, safe

It's really fun and close to shopping centers.

The review that I can give, the condition of the room is beyond expectations from the apartments that I usually rent from apps. The condition of the apartment is bad because: - The room smells of cigarettes. - The sofa has holes from cigarettes & smells of cigarettes. - The windows in the living room & in the bedroom cannot be closed tightly, must be repaired. - The lights are too dim (not bright enough) - The toilet light is dead after being complained about, it was replaced. - The AC is not cold & leaks. - The TV has no broadcasts / channels are not active. - There are lots of small insect larvae in the bathroom. - The shower hose is leaking. - The toilet Jet Washer hose is leaking. - The sheets, pillowcases & blankets smell a bit like they haven't been replaced. In conclusion, this apartment is not well maintained by the owner & is not suitable for rent, before the paint is repainted, the damaged parts are repaired & properly maintained.

The sheets seemed to have never been changed because someone else had an itchy body.

The staff was actually friendly, but the sheets weren't changed, the room and the area smelled a bit musty.

Please improve the cleanliness, because the floor is sticky, the sheets seem not to have been changed because they make you itchy, the AC is also not cold. Please prioritize the comfort of visitors, because we have also paid, not for free. Thank you.

Cukup sekali dan mungkin tidak akan kesana lagi. Pertama, Akses parkir yang terlalu sempit dan cukup curam. Receptionist staff cukup ramah, namun setiba dikamar, dikejutkan dengan kamar yang terbilang kurang terawat. Area kamar mandi kurang bersih, water heater tidak menyala. Sofa berdebu. Kamar agak sulit mendapatkan sinyal meskipun menggunakan jaringan T*komsel. Masih banyak yang harus dibenahi.

Kita ga jadi cek in soalnya banyak review horor.

Tempatnya kotor fasilitas nya kurang.

Nyaman harga murah kalau ke bandun fix nginep kesitu lagi

This accommodation is not clean.

So dirty! The pillow should have been replaced, its shape is not clear. When we entered the room everything was dusty, we even had to mop it ourselves. AC is hot! Dirty toilet not brushed. If you want to check out, going down to the lobby takes a really long time because only 2 lifts are running and one of them is a goods lift. Give up, don't want to stay here anymore.

The room smells of urine. The AC doesn't work. The sink is broken. Balcony door broken. The bathroom is damaged and not maintained. Not really recommended. Floor 30 19.

The place is nice, only the sheets and blankets are not comfortable to sleep on, they are messy.

The room. It's dimly lit. There are no bright lights. The mattress was too old, causing an unpleasant air.

The location is very strategic, the room is clean but the bed sheets, pillowcases and towels are not clean, they have to be replaced...

The hotel is good but not clean enough.

The apartment does not match the photos. I was very disappointed and I didn't stay because it was dirty, the bathroom leaked and the dispenser was dirty like it had never been cleaned. I was very disappointed and I had to get a refund because I didn't stay because it didn't match what the application displayed.

The unit is large, there are two rooms. But lack of maintenance.

Tempat nyaman, buat nyari makan dekat. Alfamart ada di bawah gedung. Akses jalan juga mudah. Lain kali bisa buat persinggahan lagi kalo ke Bandung.
