The AC wasn't cold. I complained, but no one responded. So I slept with the window open and checked out and looked for an alternative hotel.

At the front office we were asked for additional money, it was really crowded like a boarding house, other than that it was just according to the price.

The hotel (front office) stated that the price on Traveloka was cheaper and not fixed and had filed an objection with Traveloka regarding the price but had not received a response so they asked me to pay additional for the room price.

It's normal for me to ask for extra money because the price in the application says it hasn't been updated, so we add more cash at the cashier, we look for one that suits the application and it's even more expensive.

The price was knocked, told to increase it on the grounds that the price in the application was not appropriate 🤣.

It doesn't match the price in the application, how much is it in the application, after arriving at the hotel, I was asked to pay again.

Proses chekin sampe 2 jam. Sabun berbayar, padahal seharusnya itu incloud fasilitas penginapan. Berisik banget kaya kontrakan. Sprei sobek. Kamar kotor.

Room no. 106, the toilet tank cover is not there, it is very annoying to see when you enter the bathroom.

There is not enough soap and the TV remote is not there.

It's normal, the shower turns off so I can't take a shower.
