The hotel staff was alert & friendly in assisting me during my stay.

Very comfortable, strategic location, safe and quiet, good facilities, and guaranteed security.

At the front office we were asked for additional money, it was really crowded like a boarding house, other than that it was just according to the price.

The hotel (front office) stated that the price on Traveloka was cheaper and not fixed and had filed an objection with Traveloka regarding the price but had not received a response so they asked me to pay additional for the room price.

It's normal for me to ask for extra money because the price in the application says it hasn't been updated, so we add more cash at the cashier, we look for one that suits the application and it's even more expensive.

The price was knocked, told to increase it on the grounds that the price in the application was not appropriate 🤣.

It doesn't match the price in the application, how much is it in the application, after arriving at the hotel, I was asked to pay again.

Proses chekin sampe 2 jam. Sabun berbayar, padahal seharusnya itu incloud fasilitas penginapan. Berisik banget kaya kontrakan. Sprei sobek. Kamar kotor.

Room no. 106, the toilet tank cover is not there, it is very annoying to see when you enter the bathroom.

There is not enough soap and the TV remote is not there.

It's normal, the shower turns off so I can't take a shower.

Towels and soap are often not available.

The pillowcase smells, the bed cover is shabby and smells like it hasn't been replaced. For rooms below average. G is comfortable for a staycation.

The mattress has to be updated, the AC is very cold. The rest is according to price.

The sheets are not clean, the sheets are also rich, the bathroom has not been replaced nor is there any equipment to enter the alley, it is not flexible at all.

Messy, the room smells fishy, the bathroom doesn't have a door handle and so on.

Disappointed, it doesn't match the picture. Cleanliness is lacking, there are dirty tissues, cigarette butts under the mattress. The parking area belongs to the hotel but how come it can be charged for parking, there is no hot water. Check out on ticket booking at 13.00 but why did the hotel ask for 12? The plus is that the AC is cold.

Masuk lorong gang semeter, kalau pake mobil biaya parkirnya 30rb, kalau motor 5rb kualitas sangat tidak layak ga ada sabun.
