Everything was friendly and wonderful.

The hotel service was very good. The staff were friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service. The downsides were that the room rates were still high compared to similar quality and smoking was prohibited on the room balconies (a no-smoking policy outdoors is unreasonable as all 4-5 star hotels don't have this requirement).

It was a fantastic 2-day, 1-night trip, so relaxing. I'll definitely come back for more getaways. Everything was beautiful and well-organized ☺️

The room wasn't clean; I've never stayed in a resort where the room smelled so bad. The bathroom faucets and sink faucets were covered in grime and calcium deposits, clearly left uncleaned for a long time. None of the other places I've been to, even 4-star hotels, have had such basic problems; the faucets and bathrooms are always spotlessly clean.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff (named Quyen), and had a diverse and enriching experience. The room was beautiful with a spacious view.

I went to the onsen and had a very good experience. An, the male caretaker, was very enthusiastic.

Family friendly hotel. The three towers are nicely placed into the bay with a kid friendly beach right at the ground floor. Bac, the front desk manager together with his team were an amazing support during our stay!

The only good thing is that it's near the beach, the rest is expensive. For one night, they only check in at 3pm and have to check out at 11am the next day. The seasonal staff is slow, and the food is bad.
