This was my first time booking an apartment like this, and I didn't know the arrangements would be transferred to Travelio (a separate company from Traveloka). I thought Travelio was some kind of hotel chain.
I was a bit confused when I got the call from Travelio (I thought it was a scam because they asked for my ID, ID card, deposit, etc.) because I knew I booked through Traveloka. After I was sure it wasn't a scam and had received confirmation from Traveloka, I followed the instructions. I had to install the Travelio app (if I didn't already have it) and then register as usual. After registering, I had to deposit 200,000 Rupiah via the Travelio app, but the app was problematic. Although they helped, it took quite a long time.
After arriving at the apartment, I also had to wait for the owner. It's best to be more careful when booking this type of apartment to avoid what happened to me.
