This was my first time booking an apartment like this, and I didn't know the arrangements would be transferred to Travelio (a separate company from Traveloka). I thought Travelio was some kind of hotel chain. I was a bit confused when I got the call from Travelio (I thought it was a scam because they asked for my ID, ID card, deposit, etc.) because I knew I booked through Traveloka. After I was sure it wasn't a scam and had received confirmation from Traveloka, I followed the instructions. I had to install the Travelio app (if I didn't already have it) and then register as usual. After registering, I had to deposit 200,000 Rupiah via the Travelio app, but the app was problematic. Although they helped, it took quite a long time. After arriving at the apartment, I also had to wait for the owner. It's best to be more careful when booking this type of apartment to avoid what happened to me.

The place is nice, clean, strategic.
