The room was a bit small but very nice. However, the breakfast buffet was rather limited; if you arrived a little late, there was nothing to eat, and they didn't seem to replenish the food. It's conveniently located near the BTS (400m) and MRT (700m) stations. The hotel staff were very helpful.

Everything is good. I booked the standard room for 4 nights. The staff there were friendly and helpful, only one thing I would like to highlight about the pillows: they are too soft, so I felt not comfortable to sleep. The second day I tried to tell the male receptionist about the pillows. He said he would ask the housekeeper to change them. In the evening, we went back to the room, and we found the pillows had not been changed; they were still the same, very disappointing. Breakfast is okay, but every day is the same. Not sure I will come back again. Anyway, thank you.

The hotel staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location is good, close to the BTS and MRT. It's walking distance to the Silom area, where there are many shops and eateries around the hotel. Breakfast options are standard, with average taste, and it's okay for the price. There's a swimming pool open until late, a gym, and a bar. Recommended if you're looking to stay in the Silom area.

It was a pleasant stay at Ibis Style Silom, close to everything, especially the culinary delights and atmosphere of Bangkok. Traveloka makes access to everything easy.

I was charged for dirty towels. This is a hair dye color and is completely washable. But the staff insisted it was not washable. I paid the THB 340 fee and got the washcloth back for you guys to see. This is a before and after picture, I just washed it with water and it was no longer dirty, not to mention using soap. I am very unhappy about this. Towels are for use but you let customers pay for a washable towel

Staff is extremely friendly. Interior wise: despite the room is a little small, it is still very comfortable and cozy. Environment: Venue is near to BTS (train station) as well as patpong night market. We're glad that it is Convenient to travel & halal food stall (Yana restaurant at mbk) is only 3 station away!
