This is an old hotel. But, it is maintained in good condition and the staff is very nice.

Staff super friendly and focus on customer satisfaction

The place is clean, quiet, hot water, fast service. I liked that it is very sapcious everywhere, the rooms, parking space, halls, etc. Ate diner and breakfast. Prices a little on the high side, but acceptable. Great service from the staff.

Property has five star sign at the Front Desk,does not make sense. The staff is well dressed and service is awesome. Everything about the hotel is old and dated. Bedding does not even has a duvet or sheet over comforter. I work for a luxury hotel in Toronto. This was not my standard of living or expectation of the hotel. Reason for my stay was to attend friends 50th birthday.

Not a tourist hotel. Better for business. Rooms good in general

Room was clean and staff were very helpful

The staff are amazing! They respond to every question or request with genuine enthusiasm. The food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. There is a community park within a few minutes walk and I was delighted to go and watch the volleyball, futbol and many children in the playground. Transportation by taxi or 10 pesos bus is convenient and very inexpensive. The only negative was that the pool was closed. In general, I enjoyed my stay and will return.

I love the friendly personnel and the delicious breakfast and dinners! The price is very fair for what you get, beds are comfortable.
