Didn’t see laundry service. No pool. No amenities except for lobby coffee machine. In room kitchen was great! Good staff.

The hotel was extremely welcoming to our dog. We would definitely recommend and return there again!

The room was terrific. Spacious and quiet. Very comfortable bed and all climate controls worked quietly.

We had a wonderful time staying here. We were very appreciative how welcoming they are to pets. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was great as it had a nice nature resort feel. The staff were also very professional and helpful. We will happily return.

The room was not clean and the soap etc were empty It was a disappointing stay- I also booked a pet room and then was told I was lucky otherwise I would be paying a room cleaning fee ?

It was a beautiful room, but kitchen had bare necessities. Plus had to pay for parking. We thought it had a pool but it was a centre next door for $30 extra per day.

The person working check out noticed that I had left a bottle of wine and he came down and found me in parking. Great extra service.

Very spacious and clean. Kitchen was a nice size, but lacked a few items for cooking. Found out when we checked out you had to ask for items such as baking sheets and corning wear. Room was very comfortable and a nice size balcony.
