It's well worth the experience; staying at this hotel is very comfortable.

There was no hot water at the hotel. The staff made little to no effort to resolve the issue or support us. As a result, my family had to leave for another accommodation the following day to bathe.

The room was clean, but there were no rooms available for early check-in. When I checked in early, the receptionist said there would be an extra charge. The room was priced at 500k VND, but there was an additional 250k VND for early check-in. My child was sick, so I had to check in early so my child could rest.

The hotel is located right in the city center, making it very convenient for getting around and connecting to tourist attractions. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable and new. The reception staff are friendly. Very good for the price. I'll definitely come back next time.
