Lively fun hotel - great that it’s connected to the arena - nice rooms - big tv

No room service. The restaurant is right there. I asked for late checkout (1pm. the night before and arranged it. I have the text chain on my phone. The maids knocked on the door, incessantly and came into the room while the do not disturb sign was on the door. We told them we had late checkout then they knocked again then the front desk called. This was all while my wife was on a work TEAMs call, which was the reason I booked the late checkout. So, we booked the late checkout so we could have the business call until one pm and then got disturbed three times anyway. The washroom in the lobby was absolutely disgusting. I let the staff know. Nothing happened. Anyway, I don’t usually complain like this but, the interruptions were really frustrating. The app prompted me to review.

Nice Clean, and updated room, with comfortable beds and clean modern bathroom. Friendly, and courteous staff throughout the entire facility

Room was good. Staff was good. Breakfast was good. Only one problem was a loud noise coming into our room forced us into another room early in the morning. Great staff helped facilitate this too.

Great hotel!

Evacuated for 3 hrs. Room was very poorly cleaned restaurants and bars closed down ( the only reason I come there) saw chef with hands literally in his pants nm wearing his chef coat out of kitchen. Locked out of room numerous times I love this place! But it was terrible this time! The waitresses we had were wonderful and so was front desk

It was good but far from perfect. Parking was non existent unless you wanted to walk a long way, beds were too soft.everything else was great, especially the staff!

Unfortunately there were several children unsupervised, playing with the fire alarms and running down the halls.

We were evacuated from room due to smoke issues late at night. Sat in cement hallway for two hours with NO updates ar all. “kept saying 10 more minutes”. Did offer coffee but it was 11pm. Gave us $20 certificate for restaurant then shut all the restaurants down We knew waterside wasn’t working but one of the hot tubs was broken and pool area was freezing. Lack of communication about evacuation and then shut restaueants was VERY frustrating g!!

Breakfast was good and very reasonably priced. Coffee was good. Room was very clean.Hot tub very hot but was quite dirty on Saturday afternoon was very clean looking Thursday night when we got there and used it. Is busy hotel. Very friendly staff would stay there again if in Brandon.

Room was clean and comfortable. However, the toilet is tiny and low to the floor. Shower head had terrible pressure.

Room was spotless and staff most helpful.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless. The staff at the front desk (Manager Bryce and Karen) were so helpful when I had to check out early.
