There was no receptionist and we couldn't enter the room. so we hung out in the parking lot in front of the Grand Tulip Tangerang hotel which is next to the Twin Bed et living room Annora. it really hurt us and it was detrimental to pay via TF. but there was no one serving the apartment and we couldn't rest and stay overnight. we tried to cancel at 0.25 but there was a statement that it could not be refunded. thank you for the app service which was so very very bad. 1000% disappointed with your service apps
