The hotel over all was fine but the AC wasn't working, the fridge didn't get cold and there wasn't a remote for the TV.

The hotel was sparsely furnished but clean. We only saw 1 staff member which was not enough to be sure everyone got out of the building safely when the fire alarm sounded. Stairwells did not have back up lights when power was out and it was the only way down from the 5 th floor in pitch darkness.

I love this brand of hotels; my only negative comment was when I swiped my key to go to my room there was a man standing in the room; my key opened his door; my name is Cori and that man’s name was Corey. He checked in a day early and the front desk only asked his first name and did not ask for ID and they gave my room to him. When I arrived the front desk told me I was already checked in - I did not check in online so I was confused. I went to the front desk and they apologized and gave me another room. Very creepy.

Our stay was uncharacteristically, almost laughable, bad. Apparently the morning of, with no fault to the lovely guy who worked the front desk, the entire key card system had gone down which meant he had to let us into our individual rooms by opening the doors for us which led to a backup of check in’s at the front desk. As we like the Hilton brand, we stick with them pretty frequently which led us here in an emergency where flash flooding, and severe weather made us get off the interstate. He was so incredibly kind despite the circumstances he was under. I didn’t even think about using our app to book as it was a serious enough of an emergency and I was more worried about getting us to safety. The AC was off when we entered and took forever to cool the room down, in fact until we were falling asleep did it completely shut off finally because it was over 74 degrees when we went in. Under the duvet and top cover, the bed was haphazardly made, which led me to believe someone had came and went probably due to the room temps and the AC not cooling down. We still checked for bed bugs and decided to stay as we couldn’t outrun the storm. This is not my typical Hilton experience and the room was not furnished in a functional way; no coffee maker but we did have a tiny mini fridge that sort of kept my salad tempid. I decided not to eat it the next day because it was not kept cold the way a normal fridge would do it. Ok in an emergency but likely won’t return.

This is unusual but we were suddenly evacuated at about 5.45 am on Sunday, June 29, 2025. My friend and I were on the 3rd floor. The fire alarm went off waking us up. My dog, friend and I had to join others to navigate our way down the steps with no emergency lighting, go outside and wait until we could return to gather our belongings. There was no power, no lighting and NO guidance or assistance from the staff at that hotel. My friend injured her arm that was bleeding. Nobody I could see was offered any water or information. I could not officially check out or get a receipt of payment. We had to unpack our room by bringing everything down 3 flights of steps in the pitch dark with no help. Where was the emergency lighting? We were all in our own. The firemen were very helpful and let us k ow when everything was taken care of in the building. We had to be at a dog show early that morning and were unable to attend. I would like a refund of that night. It may not have been the staff’s fault but they surely did not do anything to assist us.

A surprisingly not great experience. One elevator was broken while the other one experienced technical difficulties but was still being used (it didn’t always stop at the floor you pressed for). Breakfast was super poor quality. Our room didn’t get cleaned. The system showed us as a “no show” and they tried to give the room to someone else even after we checked in.

The hotel room was quite warm, and the hallways felt rather stuffy, almost like a sauna. While the hotel was acceptable, it did remind me of a more cheap motel. This was our first experience with this hotel during a vacation. Given that it was a Hilton Tru, I had anticipated a slightly more refined atmosphere, rather than one that appeared somewhat inexpensive. To be fair, the staff was exceptionally pleasant, and their service was commendable. However, we likely will not choose this hotel for future stays. Furthermore, the hotel is situated near a truck stop.

The front desk clerk was super friendly. They keep the temperature in the halkways at 85⁰F which is rather uncomfortable and only one elevator works which is a pain in a 5 story building. It was very quiet and tge beds were comfortable.

convenient to highway and was good to stay at this brand hotel. We did read someone said floor in room was sticky and thought it was just someone complaining... but it was sticky in ours too. We could not get TV to play live TV asked for help at front desk, they tried to trouble shoot but didn't work. Breakfast was good
