Clean room, friendly staff, this is my second time staying here.

When checking in, the staff made many excuses. Maybe because the price on the app was cheaper. When checking in, the staff said the room was full. So we had to change rooms. After negotiating and arguing, we were finally able to check in.

I took a superior room, but the room amenities were different from those in the photos and the information on the app. The room was very small, the mattress was curved, the sheets were torn and worn, and there was no hot water, only lukewarm water. The only thing that made it quite good was the location, which was close to the crowds and easy to find food.

The location is great... Strategic... Close to the sea... Everywhere is close by.

Strategic location, clean & fragrant rooms

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful during check-in. Very clean and very comfortable.

The hotel is comfortable, close to a minimarket and the city center. It's perfect for backpackers visiting Pelabuhanratu.

There were bed bugs in both beds. We asked to move rooms, but were refused, claiming the other rooms were full, even though we checked and found many empty. Very unhygienic.

The location is across from Gadobangkong Square and the fish auction place (TPI). I happen to have a regular restaurant at TPI so it's safe to eat. To get to other tourist attractions, it's quite far and you have to take another vehicle. The quality of the room/facilities is commensurate with the price, for example, the mattress is starting to wear thin so the metal springs are already a bit visible. There is a TV bracket, but there is no TV. So far, it's comfortable for this price, as long as the AC is cold, you get 2 bottles of 600ml water, standard toiletries and towels, the water isn't too brackish, it's still okay, and there's a minimarket right in front.

For the location, it is very strategic, close to the center of the crowd, direct view to the beach... overall, it is highly recommended to stay in the area around Pelabuhan Ratu.

The location is very strategic, next to Yomart so it's easy to buy snacks or anything. The facilities include AC but it's not cold enough, water heater, smart TV for junior suite, get toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo, for prayer, mukena and prayer mat are provided, ask the staff. It's very comfortable 🫶🏻

Strategic location & easy access, accommodation suitable for budget traveling

The name of the hotel is definitely the main thing is the mattress. This mattress is already damaged to the point where I can't sleep because it hurts and the mattress is curved and sinks. The bathroom is clean even though it has a hole and can't be locked. Asking for a room change can't. It's a shame even though the hotel looks good and clean from the outside
