Everything is good 👍🏻 Very Convenient and easily -accessible. Niceeeeee hotel but the only complaint is hygiene. When we entered the hotel room, we noticed there are some stains on the bathrooms wall and the kettle is filled with water from the previous occupants. Yucks 🤢🤮🤧

This is our 3rd visit at Holiday Inn JBCC. Choose this place cause of the strategic location. Bonus, their staff have been really friendly and easy to interact with. They are also very attentive towards our needs.

Great short stay for work! However, the room is not soundproof well. Can hear conversation from the other room quite clearly. That's not very comfortable as it's quite late at night.

The room was very comfortable and beautiful with a great view. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Only complaint was that we could not extend our check-out time past 1 p. M.

Holiday Inn has been a reliable option when we need a short stay near to customs. Overall room and service was good, just some areas need fixing like the carpeted floor with stains and chiller in our room wasn't working

we actually book 1 night here for a wedding preparation the following day. the room is clean and comfortable to stay. tbh I love the breakfast. however

The cleanliness of the room is very dirty. The floor and bed are full of mites. Makes the skin itchy. And the carpet floor is not clean. There are still many dirt that have not been cleaned. It is not comparable to the price and quality of the cleanliness of the dirty room.

Holiday Inn JBCC is a fantastic hotel. The ambient is great from the check-in counter to the lift and passage to the room, and the cosy room itself with nice views of the city. The room interior design is comfortable and practical, and safety is top priority. When I travel to JB city the next trip, I will certainly return to Holiday Inn hotel. I have snapped several nice photos but unfortunately cannot download them without my mobile phone cable.

I traveled by train across from Singapore to Johor Bahru. The accommodation can be walked via a connecting bridge. The lobby is on the 8th floor. To go up to the room, you must use the elevator with a key card. for safety There are food sources nearby. and next to the department store

On my first night, experienced aircon issue in the middle of the night, woke up by feeling hot, called front desk no one pick up, have to walk to front desk to get staff to look at it, they rectify it within 10mins, next day face another toilet bowl flushing issue, call front desk to get engineer to fix, return back from shopping it was then fixed. I feedback to duty manager on my room issues, he listen to my complaint and help me to change to a premium suite right away, thumbs up to his professionalism to act on upgrade my room and check on it facilities before I move over, overall I like this hotel due the the location and cleanliness and staff are always friendly to help.

No Netflix, and you can't connect to your phone or laptop to stream. All good if there were actually a good selection of TV and movie channels, but there were just a handful and no movie channels, and BBC and MTV were down apparently. Lacking the same IHG standard with amenities too, it 's dove shower gel and shampoo. Also no minibar. And food at breakfast buffet is pretty poor-both choice and taste. No rendang and no steamed dumplings as others have mentioned.

Highly recommended if you stay in Johor Baru. The hotel is quite large and very clean, the staff are very friendly both at the reception and the restaurant. But the main factor that I really like is the LOCATION. Flanked by 2 fairly large malls, the position is right in front of JB Sentral connected by a pedestrian bridge, in the morning you can take a morning walk in the area around the hotel there are Jalan Tan Hiok Knee and Wong A Fok. At night you can go to the Karat Bazaar. If you want to go to Singapore, just cross to JB Sentral and then take a bus or train. Very pleasant.

Long quequ for check in, after on the cs I still need to wait but people after me god they key, Call for help no one answer. Literally after muktiple calls 1 answer (asking for 1 towel, said will be deliver, but not coming until my end of staying. I stayes for 2 nights) tomorrow moring too call no ome answer.

Smooth check in, good service, breakfast has lots of variety.

Kamarnya luas dan bersih, petugas hotel sangat ramah dan membantu, sangat menyenangkan menginap di sini. Dan tentunya akan kembali menginap di sini apabila berlibur di Johor Bahru.

The service of the staffs are excellent. However, the sofa bed is not pleasant to sleep. There is some smell from the pillows too- I am unsure is it because the pillow is dirty and not clean. My nose is super sensitive to smell and dust. The airflow is not very good in the room too. It's still big enough for 3 pax.
