I stayed in the king suite on the 4th floor and I was overly satisfied with everything. Definitely a 10/10 and I’m a very picky person

Room was cleaned. Customer service was great. Only reason I did not give excellent is because I wish they offered more at breakfast time

Courteous staff. Clean room. Key cards stopped working so had to fix that but everything was good overall.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with comfortable bedding that ensured a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the thoughtful amenities provided. The hotel’s location was also very convenient.

Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. We plan to stay here again on future visits.

Rooms are good, just do a better breakfast if you offer it. Just waffles and cereal isn’t enough.

The friendly lady at the front desk. She was super friendly and very helpful. I’d stay again!!!

The only problem was the HVAC system continuously ran. So I turned it off and everything was good. The room was nice clean shower was great. Would stay there again.

FRONT DESK STAFF PLEASANT AND HELPFUL, OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN, QUIET, COMFORTABLE BEDS, BUT THE COMMON AREAS' FLOORS AND ELEVATOR FLOORS HAD SPILLAGE, SOME FOOD CRUMB PILES, THAT WERE NEVER CLEANED UP THROUGH OUR STAY.
