Very nice hotel, well kept, Balcony needs refreshing and paint. Otherwise hotel is very well planned and decorated with great fixtures. Restaurant was decent but the food was served luke warm and Needed to be re heated. The staff were great.

Balcony door in room 209 was a major problem to open and close. 3 requests to maintenance still left it almost unusable.

This hotel is absolutely a dream destination, in every way. The staff is totally there for you at every minute. We spent our last 2 days there, after a three week holiday in Italy. I never left the property, the food was top shelf. The wait staff went above and beyond to accommodate. We shall send many there for their visit to Rome.

Bar was nice, Prince was an excellent server! Restaurant was beautiful the servers were excellent, we really enjoyed the food! Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

My room was upgraded to a suite which we liked after a leak problem.

The location,while convenient for touring, was out of city central which made it calm, relaxing and a quiet respite from the crowds of tourists. The grounds are lovely and spacious. The staff was professional yet warm and personable to interact with. 5 stars all around!

Overall the place wonderful., it is clean, food is good, theres a lot of choices, staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing that is not fit for us is the place , far from airport and to the port ( for cruise) . You need to arrange a transport. ( but the staff will help you with that matter).. definitely I will recommend this place.

The hotel was super clean and modern. Staff was amazing and helped with every request I had including taxi service (as this hotel is about 15-20mins from the main city center). They helped organize tours and made sure our stay was welcoming. Pool area had lounge chairs and provided towels for guests. They offered food, drinks and gelato available for purchase. The spa was wonderful and had several packages for all types of budgets. My stay here was cozy and I would highly recommend.

Place felt clean and had a great design. Lots of beautiful trees and flowers. Located to a really nice park. Only downside for us personally was the size of beds… my husband is 185cm and our baby co sleeps with us. A double bed is just too small. Also had to take taxis to the tourists areas, each way to and from was €30 but that’s something you have to plan when booking. Loved our time at this hotel. If I booked a suite with a larger bed and an extra bathroom… chef’s kiss like their pizza and gelato! 😚
