Excellent hotel, location perfect for old town. Parking on site. Staff lovely and helpful (they booked restaurants for us in the old town), had breakfast once and it was very good. lift down to street is very convenient. Pool is a bit small and shallow and is busy with lots of people.

Loved our trip, couldn't fault anything. The breakfast buffet was superb. The lift down into town was such a bonus too.

Whilst the hotel is reasonably smart it’s overpriced in my opinion. Pillows are poor, rooms small and it was very noisy so poor sleep quality. Roof top pool has very few sunbeds and we found it impossible to get a space so this amenity was not available. Staff were pleasant.

Great location. Front desk were great. Ivi bar manager and her team were so professional and accommodating. Need for better rooftop bar and pool service from staff. They left dirty dishes around and had attitude. Would stay here again but strong suggestion to invest in more lounge chairs and umbrellas. It's too hot on a rooftop to have only 4 umbrellas !! You left many customers disappointed. Overall a great hotel and Helpful staff

Best hotel in San Sebastián

We had a very comfortable stay. The property and room is very clean. Location of hotel is about a 10 min walk (straight shot) to la Concha beach and another 5-10 min to the old town depending on where in the old town. And 27-30 walk to Gros. Overall, Very conveniently located. Staff is helpful and polite to guests.

The hotel was exceptional and the staff extremely helpful and courteous.

This is an amazing hotel 5 mins walk from Ben each and 10 mins from the old town. The rooms are phenomenal and the views spectacular. The food is also high end. Minor gripe, the spa closed for most of the day when we needed it, and the pool area is small and hard to get a seat. They let people leave their towels on sun-beds for ages and should police that better do everyone could get a chance. But that is a minor gripe, we had a great stay, and very good value

It was fine, not anything exciting, a very impersonal and generic feel. Robes were not put in our room, we had to ask, there were no extra towels or pillows and the beds perhaps most noticeably were not changed... and we found ourselves getting into beds with sand from the night before inside. Food was super mediocre. I'd not really recommend. Very forgettable

The facilities at the hotel were excellent- everything was spotless and well maintained. The staff were warm, attentive and consistently helpful throughout my stay. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience even better. I would happily return.

Amazing view from the roof, friendly staff and a secret elevator down to the town for a v quick walk to beach. We much enjoyed our stay in this distinctive hotel. Don’t stay here if you care about having a beautiful bedroom. The rooms are fine but not particularly attractive. otherwise I highly recommend.

Great hotel only a short walk from the beach and old town. This is a very well run hotel with excellent staff. Will definitely use on next visit to San Sebastián. Don’t miss the breakfast, one of the best.

So pleased with this hotel set right in the middle of the old and new town. This hotel was spotlessly clean and staff so attentive. The bed was comfortable and room cleaned daily. The only fault I could find in the room was the hairdryer and next time I’d bring my own! There’s a lift to a back door taking you into the centre. The rooftop terrace with pool had stunning views but was closed during our stay due to the weather. We used the spar which was basic but enjoyable for an hour. We only booked breakfast for our last day and were glad we hadn’t for the duration. There’s a lovely cafe/patisserie 400yds out of the back door of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again next time.

Clean and beautiful hotel - room has great view of the city and hills, easy access to the city center through private elevator access. Lively city scene with neighborhood bars, cafes, shopping. Old town is within 15min walk with many options of tapas bars.

Great hotel and great staff

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The property is spotless, and you can really see the attention to detail in the cleanliness and maintenance throughout. The facilities are modern, well-kept, and very pleasant, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The room was in perfect condition—spacious, quiet, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, everything about the hotel was very well done and exceeded my expectations. I did not have the opportunity to try the food since it was not included in my reservation, so I cannot comment on that aspect. However, everything else was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel for its excellent quality and service.
