I don't know about the other rooms, but I was in the 2nd floor room and found the room to have an unpleasant smell - because the headboard was made of leather. I even have to wear a mask to sleep. In the middle of the night, I don't know if it's because the air conditioner in the next room is on, but it's so noisy I can't sleep. Personally, I also find the cleaning to be not very clean. Other types of toothpaste have been used but are still left for shared use, so are the combs. Overall quite disappointing.

The hotel is near Pleiku night market, so you can walk around to find food easily. Clean room, window view to the city. The water is a bit weak. The pillow is a bit high. For the price, it's very good. The hotel is located in an alley that can be accessed by car. The elevator is small, creaking a bit terrible 😁

I booked a room for 2 days but calculated that I only stayed for one day, because check-in time is contrary to the hotel, so I accept. Without cleaning the room the first day, every day I asked to give standard drinking water, they automatically gave two 500ml bottles of water without saying anything. The hotel is located in a convenient location, good security, clean and airy room, nice reception, with support for motorbike rental. Small drawback is in the room slightly less sockets.
