Have you ever stayed directly at Travelio? It's cheaper but annoying. Finally tried it via the application. Oh, it turns out Travelio was passed on too. The checking process is complicated. Luckily my son was there to help. Very disappointing service. We couldn't use the TV with the STB. Ask the reception for help and keep playing it. Over the phone the answers were long-winded, didn't answer the problem. On WA the machine responded. I think that Travelio has no intention of helping. The day after we checked out we were asked on WA if we could use the TV. Disappointed, annoyed, angry, tired of staying here again.
