Zero controls over the air conditioning. Either arctic blast or tropical breeze. Spoke to reception and the response was: “that’s how it is unfortunately”. My colleague in a different room on a different floor had exact same experience too. Also, shower had a few long strands of hair in the corner which were not mine!

It's a shame, since the building looks so nice, but we had the worst time. The listing says there is a fridge. But it didn't keep anything cold. The front desk person said it's a wine chiller & I should've known that. So rude. Came back from a long day out and was met with blood stained sheets from housekeeping. Gross! When I told them, they didn't offer a response, an apology, or solution. They also only gave us one full size bath towel for a family of four. The next day the cleaning service never came. What did I pay for?! The staff was annoyed we kept asking for ice bc there wasn't anything to keep our drinks cold. The hottest, holiday weekend in a major city at a nice hotel and we felt like we were camping in a hole. We had to buy a cooler for the ice in order to just have cold water. Forget being able to keep food or snacks in the room! The restaurant in the hotel was supposed to be open for room service. But on Saturday, there was only one employee taking and delivering orders so my husband and I (after being on hold for 20 minutes) went down to order in person. We waited an hour for our cold food and brought it up for our daughters and ourselves to choke down. Huge inconvenience and really screwed with our schedule. I feel awful for the person stuck alone on that shift. Understaffed much? The only nice people were the valet folks, who just stand around and chain smoke but they're at least polite and have helpful info about the area. More to say, no room here left

I believe the overall experience could have been significantly better. The hotel does have a great location—it's conveniently close to Market Square, Point State Park, and the Strip District. However, the condition of the hotel itself was below expectations. On the very first night, the bathroom door came off and never closed properly. The window curtains were also broken, making it impossible to block out the early morning sunlight, which affected my sleep. Additionally, the body wash dispenser ran out while I was showering. Parking was another hassle, with limited options available. The hotel lacked several basic amenities. There was no restaurant, play area, or swimming pool, and there wasn’t even 24-hour access to coffee, water, or ice—something I would expect as standard, especially from a Marriott Autograph Collection property. Overall, I was highly disappointed with my stay. For a brand that carries the Marriott name, I expected much more in terms of quality, service, and amenities.

The architecture is interesting. An overall theme of the hotel is great. Unfortunately the rooms are very small, even cramped. For the price they are charging you would think the room would be bigger. We did not experience any dining or other services as we only stayed one night.

I wanted to love this hotel but it def has wear and tear, such as missing curtains. Additionally, no afternoon/evening room service, wifi didn’t work and it is unsafe to walk alone in this area - many sketchy people on the street around the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and close to a lot of attractions. The young man that checked us in was exceptionally nice and very helpful. However, our air conditioner did not work. In the night the room got to 78 degrees, and we had the a/c on. We told the front desk at check out about it and they said they would let maintenance know. She did not seem too concerned about it. There was no ice bucket or anywhere to get ice and our refrigerator would not get very cold. It only had a shower, no tub and no shower cap was provided. But the worst part was the price gouging. We paid over double the normal rate for the same day of the week because we were going to a concert.
