The Hampton Inn & Suites Conway was very nice! I can't think of one bad thing to say. The staff was great. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very spacious and little to no noise was heard from the outside or interior walls within the building. We traveled with our 2 older children, so it was very nice to be able to send them downstairs to eat a complimentary breakfast. For the price, I was very pleased and will definitely stay here again if our plans bring us back to the area.

We had a great stay and the room was super clean and nice. The staff was great and even offered us cold waters as we checked in.

The room was huge. Super clean. Bed too firm for my preference but that’s ok. The nice room made up for it! Friendly staff as well.

Great stay. Hotel in excellent condition and the staff were WONDEFUL - Cleaning staff too. Location was right near the highway so that was not my favorite. View was of the busy highway.

The hotel was great, with great amenities and comfort. Would give it a 5 star, but something got burned in the kitchen and the fire alarms went off at 3:00 AM. I know accidents happen and not upset, but was a little surprised that upon checkout an apology out of courtesy wasn’t given. It was quite frightening to get my 9 year old out of bed and rush out of the hotel.

Clean hotel with clean rooms. Good buffet. Friendly staff at the front desk.

This was great location with refreshing new interior. The staff was very helpful and they had a great breakfast buffet option. I would recommend coming here again
