First time here, everything was ok except the staff, not satisfied from the security guard to the receptionist and restaurant service. Asked and found out that the hotel only hired students, no training, didn't know anything, checked in without looking up at the guests, spoke softly, didn't even smile, like being forced to work. Still want to come back here, hope the manager sees it, provide customers with service worthy of the price they pay.

The hotel is located next to beach 3, very convenient to the sea. The hotel is beautiful from the design to the location. The hotel staff is always friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel also has a play area for children. The swimming pool is super large. The children's pool is separate and also very large. The plus point compared to other hotels is that there is an iron in the room. Highly recommend! Dinner buffet costs 1000k. The food is delicious but not very diverse.

I would like to thank all Ksan staff. From reception to service, I am very satisfied. Check-in regulations are at 3:00 p.m., but I arrived quite early. Luckily, because there was an empty room, I was able to check in a few hours early. Interior decoration and landscape are very unique and not too general. The view is classic class and you can see the entire sea surface. Although the price is a bit high, it is worth the resort experience here!

Gia đình tôi đã có kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời ở Mgallery Cát Bà, mặc dù đi vào ngày lễ khách sạn full phòng nhưng dịch vụ cực tốt, số lượng nhân viên rất nhiều và chuyên nghiệp, rất niềm nở chăm khách. Phòng sạch đẹp chất lượng cao. Buffet sáng và set menu trưa/ tối rất ngon. Bể bơi sạch sẽ. Không gian khách sạn được thiết kế rất đẹp, đúng với phong cách Indochine.

By mistake I booked the wrong date for my reservation. They didn't care at all and just didn't want to help … a hotel that just cares about money but reluctant to do something for it ' s clients ….

Khách sạn có kiến trúc độc đáo, phòng nhìn ra vịnh rất đẹp, các bạn nhân viên lịch sự và thân thiên, đồ ăn rất ngon nhất là món cá hồi, đáng tiếc là hồ bơi và spa tầng thượng đang bảo trì nên không thể trải nghiệm được!
