Staff friendly a/c was fine Room very small. No shampoo and conditioner. Show gel and soap were terrible

Except for pretty small room all was nice. Nothing fancy, but all basic requirements for travel satisfactory

Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy, and the attendant was friendly. There was a kitchen area, which is lucky, as we didn't have any forks or chopsticks in our take-out. We were able to borrow a fork and return it.

The positives were that the rooms had a kettle, coffee machine and a bar fridge and we had use of the nearby kitchen. The staff were all very friendly. The location was good, very close to public transport, cafes, supermarkets and shopping. The negatives however, was that the mattress in room Beato needs replacing. I was given a mattress topper when i asked but it didnt help me aleep any better. My back was quite sore. The walls had no soundproofing, i was woken by the people in the next room and people using the kitchen after midnight. Apart from that, i enjoyed my stay and would probably stay again if i had a more comfortable bed.

The location was great and it was quiet at night. The reception staff were very nice and very helpful when their assistance was required.

We stayed here for 1 night prior to a cruise we had booked. You cannot swing a cat around. It's the smallest room I've ever stayed in. The reason for the poor rating is because the walls are paper thin. We didn't get any sleep. I could hear the person next door showering and even brushing their teeth. There was a family staying and had children and they were constantly slamming doors and kids playing in the hall way and shouting / screaming / talking loudly. The hotel did not intervene. A shame for other guests.

Have two grocery stores near by and a kitchen. Nice for cooking up a meal if you are on a budget or just want something homey.

We enjoyed our stayed at Casa Belmonte. We really appreciate having a mini fridge, an electric kettle, a coffee machine in our room giving us flexibility and options. We were able to use the communal kitchen to warm up food we got in the supermarket. We were 5 minutes away from the metro and several bus lines run right in front of the guest house. We had a late flight the day we checked out and we were able to leave our suitcases and enjoy the city. Around the corner there are dining options. We would definitely stay at Casa Belmonte again and we highly recommended it. Obrigada!
