Great customer service at checkin. Friendly staff. Clean property. Clean room. Good area. Next to a restaurant. My only issue is there was limited parking. Comfortable rooms and beds.

Mom and I stayed for a family gathering in town with my pup. We were pleased with the cleanliness, the easy going, professional staff. Helpful and responsive, but not overbearing. that part was great. would stay here again; clean rooms, clean hotel, quiet. Only issue for us was there weren't a lot of good pee spots around the hotel; very concrete and not the safest area to walk the pup- but this would only be an issue for those traveling with dogs who are bit particular about where they pee. Great hotel and great price.

Very quiet and clean. The gentleman this morning at check out was awesome. The shuttle driver was a no show The man at the counter called for transport for my husband and I and another group of 3. He went above and beyond communicating with us throughout our wait Please recognize him for a job well done

The staff at check in kept using their voices with. I asked them to write. Maybe they can’t read? Also we ordered food and the staff did not know what to.do. The instructions and menu are in our room. When the food arrived, no one called our room to let us know.

I had 3 bites on my arm, first night I stayed (Room 419). i showed it to the lady at front desk. She said I am sorry. My room was not cleaned during the stay, towels not replaced

My second reservation was not sent to the hotel according to them. and only received 1 room for 6 people because of this error. And I paid for the second room. I would like to know how to be reimbursed for the room I did not get.

Good location for what we needed for our stay. Room and lobby were clean. But rooms have thin walls. Can hear people talking in the next room, babies screaming, kids running around in the room and bed screeching.

The hotel used to be quite good but now they are cutting corners (no free coffee or water in lobby for guests) gym frequently out of water as well. Plus there is an Asian front desk clerk that is always unhelpful with a nonchalant attitude. However, the night front desk clerk is quite good.
