Staying at the Sheraton is like resetting your body's natural clock, with its bustling day and tranquil nighttime atmosphere. There's a very comfortable, air-conditioned library with a beautiful pool view, perfect for catching up on work while on vacation. The breakfast menu isn't extensive, but it's adequate and delicious.

The hotel is comfortable and blends with nature, with complete facilities, with a varied and delicious breakfast menu.

Good experience and good sand beach area within the hotel area. One thing maybe can be added is more room decoration to make it wonderful.

Our 4-day, 3-night stay was absolutely wonderful. The property features a splendid beach, pristine surroundings, and a highly respectful sustainability concept. The staff members are incredibly friendly and even addressed us by name. I cannot list them individually because every single person was remarkably helpful! Inside, the rooms are spacious with ample storage. The experience could be further improved with better ambiance in the corridors and terraces. Also, the lobby bathroom is massive; it is so large that the space could easily be repurposed into a souvenir shop, mini gallery, or an educational experience about the reserve considering the space and drop-off location. Overall, we will miss this place and would love to come back!

For those looking for a different kind of Belitung vibe, this is the perfect place! It's a truly 5-star resort. The service and amenities are top-notch. The grounds are spacious, authentic, yet comfortable.

The staff’s friendliness was truly superb! They asked my kids what they wanted for breakfast and went out of their way to make it special just for them. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The best point is private beach. When I tried to swim sea at the morning, nobody is there. I felt so nice and reflesh.

Everything is good, but for 5-star service it is still very far away, such as service for families with babies, and for a beach front hotel that only provides 1 daybed or cabana for a beach as big as a Sheraton.
