We absolutely loved every moment of our stay at the Sheraton and enjoyed every night there. The hotel is beautifully maintained, very clean, and the staff are warm, friendly and attentive. The location is stunning, with a pristine white-sand beach that is long, peaceful and wonderfully secluded. The private beach and clean pool made it a perfect place to relax. Although the hotel is a little away from the city centre, we actually enjoyed the peaceful setting, and the journey from the airport was not too long or difficult. Our only suggestion is to offer a wider variety of food options. There is currently one restaurant, and while the food quality was good, the à la carte menu could be expanded and refreshed with more choices. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing stay, and we would happily return!

The place is quite secluded, so food delivery will be difficult. But the restaurant food is excellent. The staff is very friendly and do not discriminate. The room is wide and comfortable, but personally I do not like the open-air bathtub, so I did not use it. The spa experience is good. All in all, I really enjoyed my time there.

A tranquil and exclusive atmosphere. Perfect for those seeking a stay surrounded by nature yet comfortable. The private beach offers stunning views, especially at sunset, as the beach faces west. Staying at the Sheraton is like resetting your body's natural clock, with its bustling day and tranquil nighttime atmosphere. There's a very comfortable, air-conditioned library with a beautiful pool view, perfect for catching up on work while on vacation. The breakfast menu isn't extensive, but it's adequate and delicious.

Our 4-day, 3-night stay was absolutely wonderful. The property features a splendid beach, pristine surroundings, and a highly respectful sustainability concept. The staff members are incredibly friendly and even addressed us by name. I cannot list them individually because every single person was remarkably helpful! Inside, the rooms are spacious with ample storage. The experience could be further improved with better ambiance in the corridors and terraces. Also, the lobby bathroom is massive; it is so large that the space could easily be repurposed into a souvenir shop, mini gallery, or an educational experience about the reserve considering the space and drop-off location. Overall, we will miss this place and would love to come back!
