We had some complications with our room... When we arrived it felt a bit warm, so we turned the AC unit up. After swimming for an hour, we came back to what felt like a sauna. The manager worked at finding us a new room, which was much appreciated! However, he did imply it was our own fault that the AC unit was no longer functioning. Amazing restaurant service and great experience all around otherwise.

Nice place for that price

The air conditioner was not working, so hot in the room. They put me by the pool and it was so loud till 10pm.

Outside of housekeeping missing the room on garbage and refreshing towels. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. They ge homely heard my frustrations and did what they could to make things better And the tavern was again a disappointment but there’s some amazing options close by. So was a pleasant stay for the most part.

Bar food was very good. Waitress was excellent. Our only issue was the employee at front desk was suffering from a bad cold. Should have stayed home or at least worn a mask.

We loved our stay. The only downside was that the waterslides were closed, and it was one of the features we were hoping to expose the kids to. Maybe note that the slides are not always open. Other than that best wings ever

Directions around the property were a little confusing. Also the renovations was quite extensive. So being able to enjoy the amenities to the hotel was not available. Ex. Sauna, massages, exetera.

Very hot

The property looked nice and the room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the hot tub and the water slide. Nice water park for the family. Good pub food served at the Tavern and a hearty breakfast at a discounted price fit my style. A very enjoyable overnight stop.

The room was very clean and quiet. Everything was super comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again if we are in town!

Hotel room needs some tlc. Water bucket under sink to catch the leak and shower head blows back on drywall above the shelf wall. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke when we first walked in.

Absolutely enjoyed this stay. Room was comfy and quiet..has the pool..tavern has great food!!

It was just ok. It’s definitely an older property that has seen better days. The Canad has weird policies like needing a wristband and special key card to visit the pool - seemed excessive. I paid $140 CAD and I would say that was not value for the money spent.

tavern services wasnt really good.

Services and cleanliness were great. Perhaps some art work on the walls of those interior pool rooms would brighten them up.
