Absolutely amazing, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room was nice, but not very clean. The bathrobes smelled musty, and the drain was slow.

The room is dirty, and the receptionist is extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. I booked 3 rooms on 2 different apps, but when I arrived, she confirmed and made sure I only booked 2 rooms without even asking an open question: "Did you book another app or use another name?" but by default, I only booked 2 rooms. A lot of things that happened were related to the receptionist. The main reason was always intentionally causing trouble and preventing customers from booking rooms. They used yellow lights to cover up the dirty room!

The staff are friendly and enthusiastic.

Pros: Convenient location, has a sofa. Cons: - The swimming pool and hotel are not operational, there are no amenities, and the price isn't cheap. I booked a room without a bathtub for around 750k VND per weekday. - The bathroom drain is clogged, causing water to leak everywhere. - The bed sags and is uncomfortable; I had to sleep on the sofa after midnight. - There's no refrigerator, and the water in the room is in glass bottles. I don't know if the water is clean or how long I've been there, so I didn't dare drink it and had to go outside to buy water. - My room didn't even have a key card; I had to open it with a physical key. - I stayed at 4 hotels in Da Nang during my recent trip, and this was the worst. The only good thing is that it's close to the airport, making it convenient for my commute, and there are many restaurants nearby. I recommend trying the spring rolls at Donald Trung; it's within walking distance.
