Convenient, modern luxury style, friendly and enthusiastic staff, located in the middle of the island, convenient for traveling. Especially the food at Islander restaurant is very delicious, reasonable price. There is one minus point: the room I received that day had a foul sewer smell, we fixed it 3 times but it didn't work so we had to change to another room.

Thuê xe máy rẻ đi loanh quanh chơi tầm 10-15km nhanh vì đường vắng. Còn không mng cứ đi bus vin free mà chuyến liên tục, check xe ở maps vinbus tiện lắm - Bơi + tắm biển suốt ngày không chán, thức ăn + nước luôn có mng có thể gọi lên phòng hoặc ăn nhà hàng (giá đồ ăn mình thấy ổn, tầm giá nhà hàng hcm) - Hợp cho phong cách êm dịu không ồn ào hay xô bồ 😍🥰 Nhà mình có thuê 1 căn khác gần vin để chơi các dvu vào hôm khác. Còn ở moven thì thiên hướng nghỉ dưỡng hơn nhé - Có Phòng chơi cho bé tiện lắm - free nha - Tất cả các bạn nhân viên đều nice và chuyên nghiệp, nhà mình quên xe nhưng bạn Krey khu căn hộ nhanh nhẹ hỗ trợ

The room is the same as the description, the staff is very enthusiastic, the hotel has an internal shuttle bus, so if you want to go anywhere, please notify the reception, the breakfast is quite diverse.

Trải nghiệm tốt tuy nhiên chưa thực sự hoàn hảo. Tốt: Nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn ngon, buffet sáng đổi mới mỗi ngày, tương đối phong phú, chiều có chocolate buffet miễn phí. Phòng khá mới. Nội khu rộng rãi nhiều cây xanh, có xe điện chở đi khắp nơi trong nội khu. Chưa tốt: Nhân viên room đôi khi chưa được chuyên nghiệp, phòng chưa thực sự sạch sẽ, xe đạp chỉ đi được 1 người do lốp xe bị non, ban công có mùi lạ hơi khó chịu, 5h sáng nhân viên mở khóa nhầm phòng làm gián đoạn giấc ngủ và ảnh hưởng tới cảm giác an toàn. Khu vực công cộng chưa "giấu đồ" kĩ, đổ lộ nhiều thùng đồ, xe chở hàng bên cạnh khu vực nhà ăn. Vị trí ở giữa khu Vin và sân bay, không thực sự phù hợp để đi chơi VinWonders và VinSafari hoặc vào trung tâm vì xa (khoảng 15-20km), phù hợp nghỉ dưỡng nội khu hơn. Có xe bus đưa đón sân bay miễn phí, và xe bus đưa đón vào trung tâm thành phố có phí (40K/người/lượt).

The resort is very spacious, the staff is friendly, the private beach is clean. The only problem is the location is a bit far from the center

Good buffet breakfast, nice chocolate hour everyday, wonderful swimming pool, very good health care service, really strong wifi inside the rooms, even from the lobby to the beach. They can offer late check out without charge if not within high peak periods. But there are some minus points: 1. Official check in time is 3pm. It may be too late if they don't have available room sooner for you. 2. Cleaning room service was not very good as it should be at a 5 star resort. I saw a piece of snack behind the room door since the 1st day to the 3rd day then my kid picked it up. 3. The range hood in the rest room seemed not working well when the bad smell was still there all the time. 4. Location is not very convenient. It's far from town if you need to buy something. Not very nice beach here, you have to move to the other areas to enjoy the beauty of Phu Quoc beaches.

Villa and beautiful beach, not deep, no reefs, clean. Newly built hotel. Varied breakfast, delicious restaurant dinner. However, upstairs there is a slow draining bathroom, foul toilet. Overall everything is pretty good. Will come back if I have a chance.
