Lovely hosts, clean well appointed room. Ample parking. Nice continental breakfast. If we re-visit Richmond this will be 1st choice to stay at.

Perfect guest house! Location wise its set back from the road in a lovely setting. Our room was great, had all the little extras which just made it so good. Everything has been thought about and covered. The host Emma was lovely, nothing was too much trouble . 10 min walk if that into the town centre. Breakfast was also fabulous. Free parking too . The house is spotlessly clean too. One of the best guest houses we’ve stayed in.

No warm welcome or greeting at all. Felt like we were staying in a boarding school. It’s a pity because the room was very nice & clean, but I would have been better to stay in a hotel, even-then, I’d probably at least get a “good afternoon” upon arrival at a hotel. No common area either.

The B&B is ideally situated with only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Richmond. Lots of off road parking space. The hosts could not have been more helpful; excellent choice of options for breakfast, lots of extras in the room such as tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Very comfortable double room with a very spacious en-suite. We had a lovely 5 nights here and could not have asked for more. Many thanks Emma and Mark!

Could have been very pleasant experience had the host been more friendly and welcoming. Maybe she was having a bad day but all I heard about were people’s muddy boots even though I had no intention of walking in with my boots on. I felt like I was treading on egg shells for the duration of my stay including breakfast the following day.
