Great place in the heart of the city. Everything you need is here, from food to nightlife.

Location is great and near to the night life area. However giving it a miss next time round as the wifi is extremely slow and you won’t be able to use it much. It is only on full 3 bars at the first level. We stayed on the 7th floor and was on 2 bars at best the whole time.

The location is quite strategic, the hotel staff is friendly, the cleanliness is quite good.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to everywhere, the rooms are also very modern and the service is friendly.

+ Cleanliness & Design: Both the room and bathroom were clean and modern, also has a sofa. + Comfort: The bed was very comfortable, and I was able to sleep soundly. A hair dryer is provided, and the hotel offers an amenities buffet. + Location: The location is excellent, situated near Exit 5 of Susukino Station which has an elevator—very convenient! - Minor: The windows in the room cannot be opened. Highly recommended for a comfortable and well-located stay in Sapporo.

Had an enjoyable and comfortable stay throughout the 4 nights. The room was spacious and cozy, and amenities were well provided. Staff were friendly and helpful, too. The location was good and within a 10-minute walk to the subway. There were many restaurants around, too. Highly recommended!
