The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. They provide souvenirs and treats. The hotel is in the middle of everything that you could want plus much more.

This has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Such a beautiful place, very well clean and so organized. This hotel is close to many places, very walkable. The staff was just the nicest and sweetest ever. Anything you needed or if you are coming back from exploring they are there to greet you and check in on you. Thank you so so much for everything, we will definitely be back again at this hotel. I highly recommend this place for whoever visits Moreila, Michoacan. Though the hotel is fairly small is well maintained and the staff is pretty helpful and attentive, the location is so conveniente since it’s in the heart of Morelia’s historical centre, so much to see and enjoy the vibe around this part of town it’s amazing!!

Staff is courteous, friendly, helpful They offer a decent continental breakfast Room size suspicious with high ceilings I bought a block away from the plaza However, there is no parking And it could use a little bit of cleaning the walls crumble so there is like a chalk dirt residue on the ground There's also no swimming pool or anything else other than just rooms

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. I have never felt so welcomed at a hotel. I would definitely stay here again due to the hospitality, cleanliness, and location. The location is also a very close walk to the center, close to many local food spots, restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. 10/10.

A wonderful very central location in the Historical District. Great ambiance and staff that was extremely gracious and hospitable. All the reception staff seemed to have very good Englisg and they could not have been more accommodating. I felt very comfortable and well looked after.
