I went there for two nights, when I got checked in and receptionist handed me room card, told me your room on 3rd floor elevator is not working take stairs, without any apologies or kind of sorry, I went to take stairs smell was awful I couldn’t breathe, smell was increasing as I walk in, smoke plus other smells were there, when I got to the room stinky smell was there dirty and uncleaned doors and handles, it was cold outside but I couldn’t breathe and opened the window to get some fresh air, floor was broken kitchen and coffee machine looked like never been cleaned It was late I did not have any options to leave that moment but early morning I took my stuff and left and did not return for my payed second night I will never go to this place again, I will forward my experience to all my friends and relatives

I do not recommend this hotel. The rooms are not clean. We had to ask for a different room because there was still dirt and sticky spots on the floor. The bathrooms had hair on the floor and in the tubs which were old and grungy. We needed 2 rooms and both were the same. This motel needs a huge renovation. It is very outdated, and lacking general maintenance. The elevator was out of order which we needed for my infirm mother in law who can’t do stairs. On arrival the staff was helpful in taking her up, as they had to operate it. Leaving….. not so helpful and they didn’t know how to operate it. So we had to take her down the stairs. Ice machine is out of order. On a plus note, at least the bed sheets were clean and the beds were decent, and relatively comfortable.

Never realized I was booking such a low end budget hotel. Because I'm traveling with my pet I needed a pet friendly hotel. This hotel smelled so bad of urine, and the smell of old un-maintained conditions. There were ants in the kitchen and roach traps in the cupboards with a roach stuck on it. Cigarette butts all over the ground at one of the exit doors. Not sure if some people rent the rooms & live there, but it was awful. I even took pictures of it. I would have changed hotels but If I explained my whole day of traveling you would understand. Never again!!!!

This trip was not great. There was a broken elevator and the wifi did not work for 2 nights. The AC cover is barely hanging on to the unit and makes a constant rattling noise. The shower head gave weak water preasure and was not enjoyable.the screen in the window was bowed out of its track it looks like if you touch it the wrong way it will fly out. I think I have been in 7 different rooms in this hotel and this one was the worst.

Elevator was out of service, but at least it was only the 3 rd floor I had to go to, and that was fine as it was only one night I was there for

Great value with a full kitchenette, video with several channels and a spacious bathroom with ample hot water. A good place for a weekend or week long stay.

The hotel is a bit run down but clean. Several broken things in my room. Elevator sounded like it was about to fall so I chose to use the stairs and I was on the 3rd floor. Other guest smoke cannabis which can be smelled in the hallways and sometimes in the room since the Air Conditioner pumps a bit of fresh air from outside the building which carries the smell into the rooms.

First off, I’ll start by saying I have stayed at well over 500 hotels in my time, travelling across Canada, USA and internationally. This hotel has been the WORST deal I’ve seen for $130. Starting with the elevator that was barely working (making horrible shuddering sounds and shaking). Then came the room. I should have know when I could almost see into the room from the hallway because the door was so crooked. The flooring in the room was torn and missing sections, there was hair in the shower as well as multiple stains, there was what appeared to be urine on the wall next to the bed, the window sills had mold on them as did the baseboards in the kitchen and bathroom. Locks on the door were broken, and the bed was among the worst I had sat on. This room should have been $50 MAX. Charging over $100 for this condition is laughable. We left without staying the night. No refund offered. 0/5 stars. Front desk apologized, but this is unacceptable.

I've stayed here a few times now but this is the first time I was facing the back parking lot. It was noisy and well past midnight. I suggest getting a room not facing the back parking lot.
