We waited 1 hour to be able to enter the unit because of the slow confirmation from the apartment unit provider. We had to enter the Travelio application to carry out the check-in process, pay the deposit which was slow to process. We also have to serve live chat on the Travelio application which is also entered via WA chat at the same time. Some unit facilities were inadequate, the gas ran out even though it was finally replaced, the wifi couldn't be used, there wasn't a mat, the door to the balcony terrace couldn't be opened because the lock was broken.
