Good food, very helpful personnel

A beautiful former mansion/castle. Well-appointed & comfortable. Easy to communicate with staff in English. We will certainly return for a longer stay.

Excellent property with perhaps the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in the last 3weeks on travel. Top notch food !!!

First impressions were average, the whole building etc is very tired and needs a revamp in my opinion. Had booked a suite and was slightly disappointed. Rooms were big enough. Mishmash of style in rooms. Very ikea esk, nothing wrong with ikea, just didn’t fit in the overall vibe. The beds were comfy and pillows too. Biggest complaint in all hotels is the towels. Please sort them out to fit normal size people, need to be bath sheets to be honest. It was a five minute walk across to other hotel for evening meal that was ok for us, but not so good for peythat ate perhaps not so agile. Evening meal was ok , it was a bbq. Breakfast a little sparse but ok, wouldn’t rave about it. At £120 a night expecting better

We love every inch of this property, we can not stop telling our friends about the beauty and history of this property.

Disappointed to see that our room was in another building, which was far from the main one that appears in the photos, where the spa and swimming pool are etc. not very confortable to be so far away. Then, the staff does not speak English…. And the bar is supposed to be open. And right after we ordered a drink at 21:30, they start closing it, turning off the music. If you don’t want people in the bar at night, do not advertise it internally in different places.

Booked Kastélyszálló and was rejected there and told my booking was with -Kuria which is a car ride away. I read about this before but figured if my booking is in the castle hotel I would not be moved to another named hotel with its own reception and restaurant while the spa access is the car ride back to the castle …

Our stay was an absolute blast! Beautiful environment, delicious meals and super helpful staff that made an extra mile to make sure we are having a great time. The only thing I didn`t like was two separate mattress in the double bed, it wasn`t comfortable.

Sehr zufrieden mit Allem-Personal, Ambiente, angebotenen Leistungen, kann ich unbegrenzt empfehlen.

Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, leider gibt es im Service auch einige männliche Mitarbeiter die an ihrer Freundlichkeit arbeiten könnten.

Wunderbar, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, sehr netter Service, tolles Zimmer, alles top - gerne wieder!

Hotel en antiguo castillo/palacio siglo pasado, edificio principal y gran parque, posible actividades deportivas. Tuvimos media pension, con cena y desayuno de buena calidad

What an amazing experience. The hotel is unique, the rooms are good, the service is great, the breakfast and dinner are delicious and the area is perfect for relaxation. And all this at a very fair price. I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible! Please go here.

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers lies zu wünschen übrig,Spinnweben unterm Tisch und in dem Ecken.Die Dielen im Zimmer vor dem Aufgang zur Dachterasse und im Bad sind locker,bewegen sich,knarrende Geräuche! Die Mahlzeitenauswahl eher bescheiden als gut, Die Bedienung unhöflich !

Beautiful ambiance in the hotel and in its surroundings with friendly employees. However, many of them do not speak English, which is pity. The quality of food is very good, but the choice for dinner is quite basic. Overall this hotel is a very good value for money!
