Unfortunately we didn't have electricity at all ni food was available in blue mountain and they didn't communicate with us before we go to them and ask. They didn't answer the phones. As a suggestion they should at least email us ans upto date the situation also they provided the breakfast without telling all the guests in the building.

Nice location

We had no power, heat or hot water for 2 days

I’ve been to the mosaic several times and find the accommodation very comfortable. This time, it was not the greatest experience because of the lack of respect that other people staying had for other guests. Children running up and down the hall at all hours and adults congregating in hallways having long and loud conversations.

I came for 2 night The hotel was good abd the staff amazing but the fisrt night was good but the second bad because there was no power almost 24 hours we couldn't swimm we couldn't take shower we have to take stairs up and down no internet i couldn't charge my phone or the ipad ☹️

The staff was exceptional, the room was phenomenal the resort and ski hills were exceptional. We will be back!!

Lots of construction. Was on first floor moved to 2nd floor but first floor was much nixer

Thank you for the wonderful 1 night stay in an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite with balcony. Beautiful view.

I love that place

Great time at the village for the cheer competition. Kids loved the heated pool and the walk to the lifts was great.

It was good. Our burners didn't work on our stove top should have called, but we were too busy to wait around. All in all a lovely village. Great location for our purpose.

I like how parking has become free with my stay, where’s previously i’ve had to pay extra for parking. This should’ve always been included for no extra fee to begin with, but glad it’s changed now.

It was handy to be right in the Blue Mountain Village. Short walk to the hill. Room was clean and very large. Great kitchenette.

Lovely place, love the design! It was sort of mucky, but hey, it was winter. They could have done better with the snow removal in the parking lot areas, like paved, less pot holes. But worst of all! The slope didn’t allow ski skates! All other resorts do!

We loved the food and the property was beautiful!! We would definitely recommend

Had a wonderful time at the Mosaic. Took my grandkids for the week and they had a great time.
