The hotel is not too far from Interlaken West station, and the staff is friendly and very communicative. However, there's a 50 CHF deposit upon check-in, which I hope will be fully refunded to my credit card, as mentioned previously (estimated within 1-2 months). So far, the facilities and service are excellent, and I got a great balcony room!

Complaint because the water heater suddenly became very hot, suddenly became cold, called guest service, they just said that's how it is if many people use it and immediately hung up. Because maybe I went in high season, many tours stayed there so the breakfast was crowded and chaotic but the location was okay, the room space was spacious and the room was quite clean.
