Complaint because the water heater suddenly became very hot, suddenly became cold, called guest service, they just said that's how it is if many people use it and immediately hung up. Because maybe I went in high season, many tours stayed there so the breakfast was crowded and chaotic but the location was okay, the room space was spacious and the room was quite clean.

Modern hotel di Interlaken. Biasanya hotel di sini classic-classic, tapi The Hey Hotel ini cukup modern. Kamar luas dan nyaman.
