Hotel personnel were most professional and courteous. Very friendly. The breakfast was really good. Great coffee.

Only had 2 things..The smell when you first went in (didn’t realize it was lapel as a smoking room) Second, it took forever to get the air to cool, it was set on 80 when we got there. It was late and we was just so tired. Only stayed one night Would consider staying again

Great location to RTJ golf

The ladies at the front desk were wonderful during check-in! The room was nice and clean and the building smells very clean and desirable.

Staff was friendly and it seemed like a safe place. Check out was fast and easy

Very clean, smelled great and wonder customer service from the lady at check in last night.

Hotel was clean and convenient to restaurants. Breakfast was ok at best. First day had cold eggs and terrible mini sausages. it did get better as the week went on. Check in was easy. Associate was very friendly. 3rd shift associates not very personable.

New! Nice design and very contemporary. Soap dispensers hard to squeeze and not sanitary as hand used to dispense hasn’t been washed yet. Not enough staff to keep up with trash removal at breakfast.

Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the blinds didn’t work so we couldn’t let any extra light into the room. Other than that, everything was great

Our reservation was not complete. Suppose have 2 rooms at the tru by hilton only had 1. I and my husband ended up at the Days Inn in Prattville never had a problem before. Wasnt a pleasant evening

Room needed some upkeep/maintenance. Had tiles coming off in the shower. Had boogers on the wall near the TV.

We had a very easy check in/check out. All areas of the hotel were very clean, and everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful. Only negative would be breakfast was very lack luster.

I was charged for this room again after it was already paid for.

Good place to stay.
